Shipping, Returns, Refunds
Bloomside Botanicals offers domestic United States Postal Service (USPS) shipping options. Once received, the order will be processed within 3 to 5 business days and shipped according to the chosen shipping rate. We deliver packaged orders to USPS Tuesday and Friday.
The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address details.
If a package is returned because of incorrect information entered at checkout, an email will be sent requesting the correct shipping address and additional shipping cost.
Bloomside Botanicals is not responsible for a package delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
Missing or Delayed Packages
Bloomside Botanicals will not refund or replace any missing, delayed, or lost items under the responsibility of USPS. We advise you to contact USPS with the order information.
If an item is received broken and the packaging shows no signs of damage, contact Bloomside Botanicals within 7 days for consideration of refund or replacement. Include photos of the shipping box and damaged content.
Returns and Refunds
If your order is incorrect, email Bloomside Botanicals at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery for resolution.
Changes to Orders and Order Cancellations
An order cannot be changed once placed online.
To cancel an order, email Bloomside Botanicals immediately. Orders cannot be cancelled once the package has shipped.
