Ingredients

Chamomile (Matricaria recutita)^, Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis)*, Milky Oats (Avena sativa)*, Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora)^, Hops (Humulus lupulus)*, Catnip (Nepeta cataria)^, Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia)^, Blue Vervain (Verbena hastata)*.

*Maine grown, ^Certified organic

Suggested Use

Steep a heaping 1/2 tablespoon of tea blend in eight ounces of hot water for ten minutes. Strain and enjoy. A longer steep will result in a bitter taste.
